Recruitment Privacy Notice
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This notice applies to candidates and people who enquire about cleaning work with BATORSON ONE LTD.
Information collected
We collect the information submitted in the vacancy form, including name, telephone, email, location, availability, right-to-work response, experience and an optional CV. Later recruitment stages may require identity documents, detailed right-to-work evidence, references and other checks, but identity documents should not be sent through the initial website form.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use candidate information to assess enquiries, communicate about suitable roles, arrange interviews and take steps before a possible employment or contractor agreement. We may also rely on legitimate interests in running a fair and effective recruitment process and on legal obligations for required checks.
Who receives it
Access is limited to authorised Batorson One personnel through a protected recruitment dashboard and to service providers supporting recruitment, storage and website operations. We do not sell candidate information or use solely automated recruitment decisions.
Retention
Unsuccessful or general candidate enquiries are normally retained for up to 6 months after the recruitment decision, unless the candidate agrees to a longer talent-pool period or a longer period is reasonably required for a legal claim. Successful candidate information becomes part of the relevant employment or contractor record.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and may object to certain processing. Contact batorsononeltd@gmail.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
