Information we collect

We may collect names, contact details, service and property addresses, booking dates, access instructions, quotation information, messages, payment status and communications. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.

Why we use it

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and deliver services, take payment, keep financial and service records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Lawful bases

Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as managing enquiries, service quality and security. Where we rely on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time.

Sharing

Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally retained for up to 12 months. Contract, payment and accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years. Information may be kept longer where needed for a legal claim or obligation.
